Wanda Upchurch Walker

Wanda Upchurch Walker, born on September 18, 1960, departed from this world on January 4, 2026. She leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory forever.

Wanda is survived by her daughters: Velvet Painter, Amanda Ennis and her husband Gerald, Christy McGough and her husband Richard, and Felicia Panter. She also leaves behind her brother, Willie UpChurch and his wife Tina. Wanda was a proud grandmother to nine grandchildren and a great-grandmother to eight great-grandchildren, who brought joy to her life.

Wanda was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Dorothy UpChurch.

Her family remembers her as a kind and nurturing presence in their lives. Wanda will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.
