Robert Ray Mcgough

Robert Ray McGough, 65, of Carbon Hill, Alabama, passed away on March 23, 2024. He was born on September 4, 1958, in Wyandotte, Michigan. Robert, known for his optimism and determination, was a loving husband and father who always brought laughter to those around him. Robert served in the United States Navy. He continued to carry the values of the Navy with him throughout his days. He is survived by his wife, Ruth McGough, his children Curtis, Gina, Julie, and Treana, along with a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Kenneth McGough, and his brother, Michael McGough. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at 10:00 am at New Life Ministries, located at 2324 Nauvoo Galloway Road, Nauvoo, Alabama 35578. Robert Ray McGough will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
