Rickie Grooms
November 2, 1955 — December 4, 2025
Rickie Grooms, born on November 2, 1955, passed away on December 4, 2025. He is survived by his daughter, Emily (Craig) Mauldin; granddaughter, Abbey Mauldin (Chase Turner); sister, Roxie Mullinax; and aunt, Carolyn Jo Freeman. Rickie leaves behind a host of extended friends and family who will remember him fondly.
Rickie was preceded in death by his father, William "Bill" Grooms; mother, Mary Janet Key; and brother, Mike Grooms.
Visitation for Rickie will be held on November 8, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Wilson Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory, located at 31404 NE 1st Ave, Carbon Hill, AL 35549. A Memorial Service will take place on December 8, 2025, starting at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Rickie will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
