Mrs. Regina Kay "Gina" West

Regina Kay "Gina" West, age 61, of Jasper, Alabama, passed away peacefully at her residence on April 6, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Gina will be fondly remembered for the deep love she held for her family and friends. Her passion for flowers and plants brought beauty into the lives of those around her, and she shared a special bond with her beloved dogs, Lucy and Roscoe. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Eugene West and Margree West. Gina is survived by her husband, Ronnie West; sons, Jessie Kiel Bagwell and Matthew Dane Bagwell; grandson, Shawn Bagwell; granddaughters, Sieanna Bagwell and Julie Bagwell; three stepchildren, Jess West (Angela), Christy Kosmus, and Mandy West; six step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be on Thursday, April 10, 2025 at Harvest Freewill Baptist Church on Highway 257 in Curry, Alabama. Visitation with the family will take place from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., with services beginning at 7:00 p.m. Brother Jesse West will officiate. The family extends heartfelt thanks to Southeast Hospice for the compassionate care provided by their nurses during Gina's illness. May her memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
