Monty Stockman

Monty Stockman, age 72, of Jasper passed away February 1, 2023 at his residence surrounded by his loved ones. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 4th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Samaria Baptist Church. Bro. Don Graham will officiate. He was preceded in death by his parents, Odie and Gaynell Stockman; one infant brother and twin infant sisters. He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years, Nancy Stockman; son, Lance Stockman; sister, Laraine (Hayden) Smith; sister, Regena (Phillip) Johnsey; brother, Tim (Susan) Stockman; sister, Nina (Doug) Riley; brother, Richard (Michele) Stockman; sister-in-Law, Kathy (Rick) Tyree and a host of nieces and nephews. He would also want his special friend Sammy Smith to be added. A special thanks goes to Comfort Care Hospice.
