Linda Joyce Allen

Linda Joyce Allen, born on August 1, 1948, in the heart of Alabama, left this world on September 24, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Linda’s greatest joy stemmed from her family, particularly her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She dedicated her life to nurturing and supporting them, always making time for those she loved.

A devoted mother, Linda is survived by her daughters, Kathy (Gerald) Davis and Belinda (Tim) Allen, both of Parrish, AL, and her son, Jeffrey Allen of California. Each of them have their own fond memories of Linda's unwavering support and affection, which will undoubtedly guide and comfort them in the times to come.

Linda’s passions went beyond family; she had a spirited love for bingo and an unwavering loyalty to Alabama Football. These interests brought her joy and connected her with friends and family alike, creating community and companionship through shared experiences.

Linda is preceded in death by her father, Burl Jefferson Earnest, her mother, Kathryn Aileen Kirkwood, and her brothers, Jerry R. Earnest and Larry D. Earnest. Their love and guidance shaped the foundation of her life, and though they are no longer with her, their presence remains vividly felt in the stories and memories shared by her family.

As we remember Linda, we celebrate a woman whose light will continue to shine through her family and all those whose lives she touched. She will be profoundly missed, but her legacy of love and joy lives on in each heart she enriched.
