James Polk Chilton

James Polk Chilton, 84 of Jasper, Alabama passed away at his residence. There will be a memorial service held at a later date by the family. Mr. Chilton was a great dad, he always took time for his family. Airborne Ranger Vietnam, Devourer of books, an avid book reader.

He is preceded in death by his parents Mary Mae & Robert Chilton, Wife Glenda Chilton, and brother Robert Chilton.

He is survived by his two daughters Cathy Owens and Cynthia West, two sons James Chilton (Jessica), and Michael Chilton, Three grandsons, James Owens, Blake West, and Bradley Wheat,  one granddaughter Wendy Owens, one Great Grandson, James Owens Jr. and one great granddaughter Willow Wheat. and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
