In Loving Memory of Glenna Jordan, Carbon Hill, Alabama - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Glenna Jordan, who departed from this world on March 7, 2024 at 84 years old at Walker Baptist Medical Center. Glenna Jordan was born on November 10, 1939 in Ages, Kentucky to Stanley Lewis and Monnie Mae Duff (Robert Duff). She grew up in Ages, Kentucky and lived a life filled with love, compassion, and dedication to her family. A devoted daughter, sister, wife, and mother, Glenna Jordan touched the lives of everyone she encountered with her warmth and kindness. On July 16, 1958, Glenna married William Franklin Jordan, with whom she shared 65 years of unconditional love and partnership. Together, they built a home filled with laughter, love, and cherished memories. Glenna Jordan was a dedicated mother to three children: David Jordan (Cindy Jordan), Robert Jordan, Sarah Jordan, Carrie Sinn, and Donna Dzagulones (Stan Dzagulones), who will forever be grateful for her unwavering support, guidance, and unconditional love. Glenna Jordan was known for her amazing Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners, bringing joy to those around her. She was a full time wife and mother. In her free time, Glenna enjoyed reading books and researching her genealogy. Her warmth, generosity, and genuine smile will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Frank and she is survived by her loving children David, Robert, Sarah, Carrie and Donna,, and her grandchildren Hailey Jordan and Addison Jordan (Atalie Jordan), and granddaughter, Alma Jordan. Glenna is also survived by two brothers Dale Lewis and Mark Lewis of Cincinnati, Ohio and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Glenna Jordan will be held on March 10, 2024 at Wilson Funeral Home, Carbon Hill, Alabama. Visitation will begin at 1:00pm with the service to follow at 2:00 pm.
