Charles Underwood

Charles Daniel Underwood, 46, of Winfield, Alabama, passed away on April 25, 2025. Born on December 7, 1978, Charles was a devoted father and a beloved fiancé. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Douglas Underwood, and his mother, Brenda Diana Underwood. Charles is survived by his fiancé, Ashley Kilgore; his sons Dillon Edwards, Jace Edwards, Asher Underwood, Zachary Underwood, and Brayden Underwood; his daughter Dakota Underwood; and his brother Jeramy Underwood. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, cousins, extended family members, and friends who will cherish his memory. A passionate sports enthusiast, Charles loved cheering for the Atlanta Braves and the Atlanta Falcons. His love for baseball was evident to all who knew him. He worked as a peanut hawker and was employed at Yampertown during his career. Charles's life was marked by his deep love for his family and his unwavering loyalty to those he cared about. His vibrant spirit and warm presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved him.
