Brilee Mae Tubbs was born on February 4, 2025, and passed away on June 1, 2026. Though her time with us was brief, she brought immense joy and love to those around her. Brilee was deeply cherished by her family and friends.

Brilee was known to be her Daddy’s girl and her Momma’s whole world. She had a joyful spirit that shone through in everything she did. She loved to dance and found delight in the simple pleasures of childhood, like eating pizza and caring for her chickens. One of her unique joys was playing with ants, the insects, showing her curious and playful nature. Above all, Brilee loved being outside and exploring the world around her.

Her loving family who survive her include her parents Alex and Hope Tubbs, and her sisters Paizlee and Ella-Kate. She was also cherished by her grandparents Vickie Rowe, Dezil and Paula Martin, Laurie and William Reynolds, and her aunts and uncles Raechel and Bryan Hunt, Hope Wright, Erika and Timothy Champion, Dawson and Savannah Martin, Joseph and Amber Martin, Aaron and Kasey Martin, Aaron Palmer, Justin Rowe, and Levi Martin. In addition, she is remembered by a host of cousins and extended family members who hold her memory close.

Brilee is preceded in death by her great-grandparents Mike and Judy Tubbs, Billy Ray and Carolun Massey, Fannie Mae and Ollice Martin, and Phillis and Jack Wright; her grandmothers Barbara Wright and her grandfather Gregory Tubbs; her grandfathers George Milligan; as well as several aunts and uncles including Tracey Tubbs, Loretta Hourton, Loren Grissom, Lisa Wright, Lacey Tubbs, Christopher Tubbs, and her cousin, Brody Charles Massey.

Visitation to honor Brilee’s memory will be held on June 6, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home & On-Site Crematory located at 31404 NE 1st Ave, Carbon Hill, Alabama. The funeral service will follow the visitation, starting at 11:00 a.m. at the same location.

Though Brilee’s life was short, the warmth of her smile and the lightness of her spirit continue to live in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be lovingly remembered for her laughter, her dances, and the special way she embraced the world around her.
