Brian Kevin Craven

Brian Kevin Craven, 56, of Nauvoo, Alabama, passed away on May 2, 2024. He was born on August 21, 1967.

Known for his generous and caring nature, Brian was a giving father, grandfather, and friend. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed fishing. A jack of all trades, Brian was a hard worker who poured his heart into everything he did.

Brian is survived by his daughters, Jessica Craven (Austin Mote), Brianna Corbin (Michael), Megan Sanford; life partner, Peggy Keeton; grandsons, John Bates, Tripp Mote, Hunter Sanford; granddaughters, Hannah Bates, Halee Mote, Destinee Sanford, Abigail Sanford, Hunter Sanford, Olivia Sanford; and a host of other family members and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Gene Craven; mother, Alice Faye Norris (Edward Norris); and brother, Scotty Craven.

Funeral services for Mr. Craven will be held at The Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Carbon Hill on Friday, May 10, 2024, at 4:00 pm with burial to follow at Ashbank Cemetery in Nauvoo, AL. A visitation will take place in the chapel from 3:00 pm until service time. Brother Donnie Dodd will officiate.
