Billy Eugene Jacks, age 82, passed peacefully at his home on July 11, 2024. He was proceeded in death by his loving wife, Joan Sandlin Jacks; mother, Mavis Jean Aldridge Jacks; and father, Arlen Eugene Jacks. He is survived by his brothers, Danny Joe Jacks and Keith Jacks; and a host of nieces and nephews.
