Amy J. Mears, 74, of Jasper, Alabama passed away November 4, 2024.
Amy was born July 19, 1950, in Hobart, Indiana to Eugene and Norine Beckner. She was an employee of Bethlehem Steel for many years. Amy loved to travel and decorate for the holidays, especially Christmas.
Those left to honor her memory include brother, Carl (Anita) Beckner; children, Kim (Jason) Fikes, George (Kelly) Porumb, Jon Zarych, Ryan Zarych, Jamimie Mears, and David Mears; niece, Grace Beckner; grandchildren, Stephanie, Tyler (Emily), Corey (Lauren), Myles, Maddalyn, Catherine, Melissa, and Abby; great-grandchildren, Coy, Jack, and Lucas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Norine Beckner and husband, James Mears.
A celebration of live service will be determined at a date in the future.
